Senior Healthcare Administrator — Enterprise Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Administrator to oversee enterprise-wide administrative and operational functions across our Medicaid Home Health PDN PAS and Hospice organization. This role sits above individual site/branch administration the person in this seat standardizes and manages operations across all locations ensuring consistency compliance and performance across the enterprise with a higher degree of autonomy and cross-site decision-making authority than a standard site administrator role.
This is a senior execution and standard-setting role: the Senior Healthcare Administrator not only implements the operating systems policies and standards set by executive leadership but helps shape them by identifying where enterprise-wide standards need to evolve as the organization grows. The role works closely with the COO and site-level leaders to translate strategy into daily operational reality and serves as an escalation point for issues site-level administrators cant resolve on their own.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across all locations ensuring consistent execution of company-wide policies and procedures
Own and continuously refine enterprise-wide intake admissions and scheduling processes ensuring efficiency and standardization across sites
Monitor compliance with Medicaid state and federal regulations across all locations; lead survey readiness and audit preparation
Standardize and oversee Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes enterprise-wide
Track and report on operational KPIs (staffing scheduling efficiency caregiver utilization admissions patient satisfaction) across all sites and recommend corrective strategy where performance lags
Directly supervise and develop site-level administrators and department leads; serve as their escalation point and hold them accountable to enterprise standards
Partner with HR on enterprise-wide staffing onboarding and workforce compliance processes
Identify systemic operational gaps or inconsistencies across locations and drive corrective action at the root-cause level
Partner with the COO on rolling out new systems processes or locations as the organization grows including leading pilot implementations
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or related field (Masters preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare administration experience including at least 45 years overseeing multi-site or enterprise-wide operations
Strong working knowledge of Medicaid regulations survey readiness and compliance requirements
Demonstrated success standardizing processes across multiple locations or departments with measurable results
Proven ability to manage and develop other administrators/leaders not just individual contributors
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
Experience in Home Health Hospice PDN or PAS
Experience supporting a multi-site healthcare organization through growth expansion or acquisition integration
Familiarity with KPI dashboards and operational reporting tools
