Serve as first point of contact for clients visitors and vendors
Manage front desk reception phones mail and daily office needs
Monitor partner email flag priorities and route requests
Manage calendars meetings appointments and follow-ups
Support tax team with document intake tracking and organization
Prepare client packets forms mailings labels and materials
Coordinate vendors deliveries supplies and office maintenance
Keep reception conference rooms and shared office areas presentable
Track deadlines projects and workflow during peak tax periods
Maintain confidentiality with client and firm information

5 years of administrative or executive support experience required
Professional services environment experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organization accuracy and follow-through required
Reliable punctual and comfortable working fully on-site required
Ability to work up to 60 hrs/week including weekends during 6-week peak season required
