Middle Office Sr Developer

Job Description:-Our client is seeking a Senior Developer with 10 years of experience to lead the design development and support of innovative software solutions within a fast-paced capital markets environment on their Middle Office team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead architect and develop innovative software solutions; manage design reviews code quality and testing standards
• Provide Level 3 production support including diagnosis investigation and resolution of critical issues; coordinate across development business infrastructure and vendor teams
• Follow established deployment processes to implement test and configure code changes in production environments
• Pro-actively collaborate within a global development team to deliver robust scalable solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in legacy platform modernization
• Design and optimize solutions using multi-threading async programming and SOLID architectural principles
• Work with Front Office Trading Platforms FIX protocol and capital markets instruments including equities swaps and corporate actions

Requirements

• 10 years of software development experience with demonstrated expertise in C# and .NET
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server; strong understanding of database design and optimization
• Expert-level knowledge of multi-threading async programming and SOLID principles
• Proven experience with FO Trading Platforms FIX protocol and capital markets domain (equities swaps corporate actions)
• Experience working with legacy platform programming and modernization initiatives in financial services
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
• C experience is a plus
