Location: Onsite New Hudson MI Contract
Role Impact & Expectations
As an Executive Assistant IV you will directly support senior leadership including the Defense Vice President Robotics Executive Director and the Combat Vehicle Engineering (CVE) team. You will serve as a central coordination point ensuring seamless communication and operations across technical and business support teams in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This role demands high-level professionalism confidentiality and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives including calendar travel and meeting management
- Prepare edit and organize executive correspondence reports and presentations
- Track deadlines priorities and follow-up actions for senior leaders
- Act as liaison among executives engineering teams and external/internal stakeholders
- Support logistics for technical reviews board meetings and government engagements
- Oversee daily office operations vendor management and facility needs
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and maintain workspace readiness
- Ensure compliance in document management and handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in HR and finance tasks such as expense reports and timesheet coordination
- Organize and maintain structured filing of technical and sensitive materials
