Note: Must have experience preparing cost estimates for private and public construction projects and overseeing administrative operational and technical aspects including labor equipment materials and subcontractors

Job Description

• Analyze contract documents plans and specifications to evaluate project work scopes
• Verify work quantities and assign appropriate resources and productivity rates
• Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to secure work
• Create and submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure contracts
• Schedule equipment personnel materials and subcontractors in cooperation with Project Superintendents
• Monitor daily job costs and implement cost control plans
• Manage project finances review and approve pay estimates and authorize project transactions
• Ensure safety programs company procedures and quality standards are met
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management or 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong quantitative analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCSS HeavyBid
• Self-motivated adaptable and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
