Job Summary
Estimating Coordinator Bid Support & Plan Coordination (North Atlanta)
Support the estimating team for an established general contractor by managing bid documents coordinating subcontractor outreach and keeping the preconstruction workflow organized in a high-volume deadline-driven environment.

What Youll Do
- Manage and organize project plans and bid documents for estimating use
- Contact subcontractors and vendors to request pricing and follow up to ensure complete bid coverage
- Enter and maintain subcontractor and vendor information in internal databases
- Handle high-volume phone and email communication related to bid requests and estimating activity
- Organize and maintain digital plan sets within company systems
- Print and prepare drawing sets and bid documents for subcontractor distribution
- Send plans and bid packages to subcontractors and vendors for pricing
- Maintain accurate and organized estimating documentation across active bids
What Were Looking For
- 1 year of administrative coordination or construction office experience preferred
- Comfortable working with construction plans or willing to learn quickly
- Strong Microsoft Office and Windows system skills
- Clear communication skills with frequent phone and email interaction
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Able to manage multiple bid requests and deadlines simultaneously
- Dependable consistent and able to work independently day-to-day
