What Youll Do
In this role youll work directly with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy solutions and help them make informed decisions for their homes and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners and build genuine professional relationships
- Educate customers on renewable energy options in a clear and simple way
- Guide customers through the enrollment process accurately and professionally
- Develop sales communication and leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Set and achieve personal performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Represent Mpower with professionalism positivity and integrity

- Weekly Earnings: $1200$1500 (base uncapped commission bonuses)

What Were Looking For

- Full-time availability (MondayFriday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM)
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
