Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating events meetings and promotional activities.
- Communicate with attendees vendors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Prepare event materials signage and informational resources.
- Track event details and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with on-site event support and attendee engagement.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
- Monitor timelines and help ensure event objectives are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to event participants and guests.
