Job Summary
Crest Industries is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Program Analyst (ERM Program Analyst) to support the execution coordination and continued maturity of Crests Enterprise Risk Management program. This role will help maintain the enterprise risk register coordinate Risk Owner and Risk Liaison updates support ERM dashboards and reporting track mitigation actions and prepare materials for leadership and ERM Steering Committee review.
The ERM Program Analyst reports to the Insurance and Risk Manager and will work closely with Risk Owners Risk Liaisons business-unit leaders functional stakeholders and external ERM advisors. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized analytical curious and comfortable working with data process documentation cross-functional stakeholders and recurring reporting cycles.
Prior ERM experience is helpful but not required. Relevant experience may include risk management operations project coordination compliance internal audit insurance finance legal safety quality data analysis business administration or process improvement. This role will require the successful candidate to quickly build ERM knowledge work through ambiguity and become Crests internal owner of the ERM process over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support recurring ERM update cycles including Risk Owner meetings Risk Liaison communications data collection follow-up and status tracking. Coordinate with Risk Owners and Risk Liaisons to collect updates clarify information improve documentation quality and reduce manual rework. Help improve ERM processes to make update cycles more consistent efficient and less dependent on manual coordination.
Maintain and update the enterprise risk register including risk descriptions risk owners gross and net scores current controls planned actions mitigation status and supporting documentation. Help identify incomplete updates inconsistent data documentation gaps or items requiring escalation.
Support preparation of ERM Steering Committee materials executive summaries dashboards and enterprise risk profile updates.
Track mitigation plans planned controls action items owners due dates and follow-up items across business units and functions.
Assist with risk workshops Risk Owner meetings scoring calibration discussions control documentation review and planned-action tracking. Assist with development of key risk indicators risk metrics action-plan reporting and other reporting enhancements as the ERM program matures.
Support development and maintenance of ERM tools templates process documentation guidance materials and training resources. Maintain Power BI inputs and support recurring dashboard updates data validation trend analysis and risk reporting.
Own the recurring ERM program calendar including risk update cycles Risk Owner meetings Risk Liaison coordination Steering Committee preparation action-item tracking and follow-up reporting. Promote practical risk ownership by helping teams understand ERM expectations timelines and documentation requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve the ERM process reduce administrative burden clarify expectations and improve consistency across business units. Escalate process gaps incomplete updates inconsistent information or items requiring leadership attention.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant experience in risk management operations project coordination compliance audit insurance finance legal safety quality data analysis business administration process improvement or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting cross-functional projects recurring reporting cycles governance processes management updates or committee materials.
Experience working with Power BI SharePoint Microsoft Lists Excel-based reporting tools GRC systems RMIS systems or similar platforms.
Experience documenting processes controls action plans procedures compliance requirements or management reports.
Familiarity with risk management internal controls audit insurance claims safety regulatory compliance business continuity or operational improvement concepts.
Experience preparing dashboards summaries presentations or reports for leadership review.

Light Transport: Moves materials or laptop equipment up to 10 pounds around the office environment occasionally.
3. Environmental & Travel Requirements
Office Environments: Works primarily in climate-controlled indoor environments.
Field Environments: May be required to visit outdoor job sites and outdoor or open-air industrial and/or manufacturing facilities up to 10% of the time.
Occasional Business Travel: Travels up to 10% annually via plane or car to conferences trainings or to regional offices for on-site work
