This role bridges hands-on manufacturing execution with engineering analysis process optimization and technical problem-solving which requires strong technical aptitude attention to detail and the flexibility to cross-train and perform effectively across various operations. The technician will work collaboratively with production engineering quality and facilities teams to ensure reliable workflows and continuous improvement. Finally this position carries defined expectations for professional growth toward an engineering role through achievement of structured technical and analytical JOB FUNCTIONSOperate monitor and adjust production equipment across multiple manufacturing job duties in accordance with standardized work instructions safety policies and quality in cross-training activities and achieve certification in multiple operational in-process quality inspections and accurately document production equipment or process issues and identify maintenance concerns; escalate issues as clean organized and safe work areas in accordance with 5S and safety daily production schedules to meet output throughput and volume with production and facilities teams to resolve issues and improve workflow and participate in continuous improvement in training other team members after demonstrating competency in specific process engineering activities including process characterization optimization and analyze and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends variability and improvement with implementation of process changes tooling updates and equipment qualifications under engineering in failure analysis and root-cause investigations using structured methodologies (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone).Support CAPA activities by contributing to investigation corrective action development and effectiveness and update technical documentation including work instructions process flow diagrams and SOPs.*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of this role do not include supervising other succeed in this job an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential job function.
