Role - Engineering Manager

Experience

• 7 years of progressive engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams supervisors or project leaders
• Proven experience leading new product launches capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations and driving operational performance improvements
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting cost quality and timing objectives
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations Quality Supply Chain Maintenance and Production teams
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen or similar programs
• Experience with capacity planning plant layout optimization and equipment implementation preferred
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO) systems

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment automation and production systems
• Ability to analyze data identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Proficiency with ERP systems project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing best practices
• Ability to develop and manage budgets capital expenditures and resource planning

Qualifications / Experience / Education

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Electrical or related field)
• Masters Degree or MBA preferred but not required
