Primary Purpose
Address all customer complaints which are referred to the region including complaints received through presidential complaints PUC complaints and regulatory performance complaints.
Primary Duties
Contact customers to determine the nature of their complaints.
Write letters on behalf of management to address customer issues.
Interact with key accounts to address customer reliability issues.
Recommend field solutions to reliability problems.
Assist the reliability engineer in performing circuit load and reliability analysis.
Assist in the analysis of interruption reports.
Develop and maintain records to define reliability trends.
