Job Summary
Position Summary:The Endo Clinical Coordinator (ECC) functions as one of the first lines of contact with the patient. The ECC must maintain a value of providing the highest level of service that incorporates active listening with an empathetic heart. This role directly supports the outcome of the patients visit and therefore those in this role are held to high standard of Clinical Coordinator will report to the Practice Manager functioning within the hours allocated by their supervisor. The CC must adhere to the required dress code and wear provided name badge visible to the visitor or :The Clinical Coordinator is a pivotal role that supports the patients hygiene experience. Therefore the CC duties include the list below with their review based on performance and outcomes specific but not limited to the listed with a smile providing eye contact and welcoming demeanorResponsible for performing all functions of the back office related to: Developing coordinating and maintaining a productive Clinical scheduleTeam up with the PM to coordinate movement of patients through clinical rooms to maximize efficiencyCoordinate Doctor movements is support of efficient way/s to see patients without compromising qualityResponsible for ordering dental supplies to maintain appropriate inventoryMust maintain appropriate levels of dental supply inventory (e.g. over or under ordering)Coordinate hygiene checks to maximize productivity and quality in the hygiene schedule on timePartner with the PM to oversee the Lab Case system in direct support with producing tracking and accountable measures to ensure all cases are timely worked and closedComplies with all processes and polices set forth by CFCDQualifications:The Clinical Coordinator requires the capability to always maintain tact and service with a smile when interacting with patients patients representative insurance carriers or other external/internal members.
