Job Description:
The Employee Experience Manager leads the Firms employee experience and engagement strategy including internal survey design external survey participation and benchmarking and recognition programs. This position works closely with HR Marketing Talent Acquisition and Firm leadership to deliver insights and programs that support employee engagement strengthen the employee experience and promote ongoing feedback across the firm. This position ensures that survey results and engagement insights guide the Firms employee experience goals and programming. The Employee Experience Manager works under minimal supervision and relies on significant experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Design and execute internal employee engagement surveys including annual pulse and ad hoc surveys
Develop survey frameworks methodologies and segmentation approaches aligned withfirm priorities
Analyze survey data and translate results into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting
Coordinate and manage thefirms participation in external surveys and rankings includinglegal industry employer recognition andlocal businesssurveys and rankings
Collectvalidate and compile data for external submissions ensuring accuracy and consistency across stakeholders
Lead the strategy and ongoing management of thefirms employee recognition program including theemployee recognitionplatform
Monitor programutilizationand effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and adoption
Plan and executefirmwide engagement initiatives including Staff Appreciation Week in coordination with key stakeholders
CollaboratewithTalent Marketingand Communications to develop internal and external messagingand ensurethe firmsemployer brand reflectstheemployee experiences
Partner with Office Administrators and internal stakeholders to coordinate employee events and respond to ad hoc engagement requests
Job Specifications:
Bachelors degree
At leastseven(7) years of relatedworkexperience
Experience designing and analyzing employee surveys
Experience managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle andmaintainconfidential information

Target Hiring Range $140000 - $170000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
