We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedELINTAnalyst to join our team atLackland AFB supporting the363rdISR Wing (363 ISRW). Thecontractorwill play a critical role inprovidingtimelyELINTin support of363 ISRWs analysis and targeting mission areas.This position requiresproficiencyinELINTand other non-kinetic analysisand the ability to work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ProvidetimelyTechnical ELINT analysis produce actionable intelligence products and perform product management and disseminationaligned with 363 ISRW analytical mission requirements and intermediate target development.
Provide non-kinetic analysis to include Cyber EW and Technical ELINT to support 363 ISRW requirements and associated mission partners.
Perform independent quality control of technical information engineering and intelligence studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cyber analysis into target development and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols policies and regulatory requirements.
Some travel may be(15%).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA; or 3 years with PhD
Technical Expertise:
ProficiencyinELINT analysis and providing actionableintelligence reporting.
Understanding of ELINTs role in analyzing threatcapabilities andtargeting criticaladversary vulnerabilities.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with teams.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure mission-critical environment.
Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supportingthe363 ISRWor similar ISR organizations.
Knowledge ofELINTsystems tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
Completion of a commercial military or U.S. GovernmentELINTtraining courseor specialized certification.

Target Salary Range
$66000 - $106000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
