Now Hiring an Electronic Tech Aide for a Great Company in Aurora OH!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Electronic and mechanical assembly of high quality devices such as Single User KVM (keyboard-video-mouse) switches and Environmental Monitoring products.
Follow work process instructions and specifications both written and verbal.
Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and class (IPC).
Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
Control inventory by following proper purchasing and reorder procedures.
Ability to perform electronic assembly with hand/electric tools on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a productive working relationship.
Perform other duties as assigned including moving of material as needed.
Candidate may also be required to test finished assemblies as needed.
Ability to work in a changing fast paced environment.
Surface mount soldering through-hole soldering and a rework is a plus.
Demonstrate dependability flexibility and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Quality minded approach to work.

Schedule: 9am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: $20 per hour (Paid Weekly)
