We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Service Technician to join our San Antonio team immediately with strong potential to expand into a full-time role as our local routes grow.
This is a hands-on vital role focused on providing our core service: mobile fryer management cooking oil micro-filtration and environmental kitchen safety.

Compensation & Schedule Details

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
  
• Hours & Schedule: Part-Time schedule with a primary 5:00 AM start time. Full-time hours may become available as account capacity grows.
  

What Youll Do

• Travel in a company van to scheduled commercial kitchen locations throughout the San Antonio area.
  
• Operate specialized mobile filtration equipment to clean filter and recycle cooking oil.
  
• Perform deep fryer cleanings to maintain equipment safety and efficiency.
  
• Refill fryers with fresh oil and confirm client satisfaction before leaving the site.
  
• Maintain accurate work records and communicate clearly with your supervisor and customer site contacts.
  
• Perform daily equipment and van maintenance vehicle organization tool care and inventory upkeep at the San Antonio facility.

• Clear Driving Record: Valid Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. and utilize ramps/lift gates.
  
• Hiring Essentials: Must pass a background check and MVR check.
  

Training & Independence
The initial paid training period will involve meeting at the shop and working directly alongside an experienced technician. Upon completion you will transition to managing your route independently.
