Were looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent / Project Lead to oversee commercial and mixed-use electrical construction projects throughout the Atlanta area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage crews keep projects on schedule maintain high-quality workmanship and communicate effectively with customers subcontractors and project stakeholders.

What Youll Do

• Lead commercial and mixed-use electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  
• Supervise electricians and field crews while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  
• Coordinate daily activities schedules materials and subcontractors.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and electrical specifications.
  
• Conduct job site walkthroughs and ensure work meets NEC and local code requirements.
  
• Communicate with project managers customers inspectors and vendors.
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
  
• Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
  
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  
• Mentor and develop field personnel.
  

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent Foreman or Project Lead.
  
• Strong background in commercial and mixed-use electrical construction.
  
• Excellent leadership and crew management skills.
  
• Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
  
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites.
  
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred but not required).
  
• OSHA 30 certification.
  
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Ability to mentor and develop electricians and apprentices.
