This position reports to:
Senior Project Engineering ManagerIn this role you will support electrical sustaining engineering activities for instrumentation and analytical products. You will contribute to product improvements design support and cross-functional engineering projects while applying design-for-excellence and engineering best practices.
The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville OK. #LI-Onsite
Your role and responsibilities:
Evaluating selecting and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
Providing technical support for testing installation and commissioning activities.
Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.
Performing design verification in accordance with applicable standards and internal engineering guidelines.
Supporting compliance with UL CSA ATEX IEC RoHS REACH PFAS and other applicable standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering operations quality and product management.

Qualifications for the role:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required
2 years of experience in electrical engineering hardware design sustaining engineering or related fields.
Strong problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates must already haveworkauthorization that wouldpermitthem to work for ABB in the US.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with electrical hardware PCBAs electronic components and cabling.
Experience with OrCAD Altium Windchill PLM and Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge of electrical design principles PCBA design and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with industry standards such as UL CSA ATEX IEC RoHS REACH and PFAS compliance.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering or product development teams.
