Electromechanical Assembler II
Location: Carson CA
Pay Rate With Soldering Expereince $25.00 $27.00 per hour (DOE)
Pay Rate With NO Soldering Expereince $24.00 - $26.00 hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler with strong soldering experience to support production of aerospace and electronic assemblies. This role requires the ability to work from schematics wiring diagrams blueprints and assembly instructions to complete precision assemblies and subassemblies.
Candidates must have experience with soldering wiring cable routing and complex electromechanical assembly work.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies
- Perform:
- Soldering
- Wiring
- Cable routing
- Crimping
- Final assembly work
- Read and interpret:
- Schematics
- Wiring diagrams
- Blueprints
- Shop travelers
- Perform high-precision assembly using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and rework production assemblies as needed
- Maintain production documentation and sign-offs
- Follow all quality and safety standards
- 3 5 years of electromechanical assembly experience
- Strong soldering experience required
- J-STD-001 Class III Certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Aerospace or electronics manufacturing experience
- IPC certification experience
- Experience with RF switches or electronic assemblies
