Educational Content Production Associate, Copy

We are seeking an Educational Content Production Associate Copy to help create maintain and scale instructional content across our educational experiences. This role is responsible for developing clear user-friendly written content that supports learning project completion and product adoption.

The ideal candidate is a strong instructional writer who can translate complex processes into simple easy-to-follow guidance. You will work closely with content creators video producers and cross-functional partners to develop written instructions educational resources and video scripts that deliver a consistent and effective learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Write edit and maintain instructional content across educational platforms and learning experiences.
• Develop detailed step-by-step project instructions that help users successfully complete projects and activities.
• Create and refine scripts for educational videos including voiceover (VO) narration and supporting content.
• Collaborate closely with video production design product and education teams to ensure alignment between written and visual content.
• Review and update existing content to improve clarity accuracy consistency and user experience.
• Establish and maintain consistent tone terminology formatting and instructional standards across all educational materials.
• Manage high volumes of content updates while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and user insights to continuously improve educational content.
• Support content versioning localization preparation and ongoing content maintenance efforts.
• Utilize collaboration and project management tools to organize content development workflows and documentation.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in instructional writing content development UX writing technical writing educational content creation or a related field.
• Strong ability to write clear concise and user-friendly instructional content.
• Experience developing step-by-step guides tutorials learning materials or educational resources.
• Familiarity with scripting content for video voiceover or multimedia learning experiences.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Miro Figma Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working within content management systems collaborative workflows or content production environments is a plus.
• Experience supporting educational instructional DIY maker or consumer-product content is preferred.
