Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Associate to provide exceptional support and build positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will assist customers via phone email live chat and other communication channels resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone email live chat and messaging platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders returns refunds exchanges and account updates.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Educate customers about products services and company policies.
  • Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction response time and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in customer service customer care call center or support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving active listening and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace CRM platforms (Salesforce Zendesk HubSpot or similar) and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to multitask work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
