Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects and address any client concerns or requests.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project information.

- Assist with the preparation of proposals contracts and project documentation.

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field is preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Knowledge of engineering or construction industry is a plus.
