Summary:
The Scheduler Assistant will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring that client adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week at the office. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in making outbound calls to customers and communicating scheduling details.
- Experienced in handling emergency calls remaining calm and providing clear instructions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and coordinate effective resolutions.
Requirements:
- Ability to make outbound calls to customers and clearly communicate scheduling details.
- Experience handling EMERGENCY calls.
- The ability to remain calm clear and concise while addressing urgent customer concerns and providing necessary instructions in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to stay composed and focused during emergencies managing both personal stress and handling customer emotions effectively to provide reassurance and solutions.
- Ability to quickly assess emergency situations determine the best course of action and coordinate responses to resolve issues efficiently.
