Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
CPR and First Aid certification required with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks and communication.
