Location: Remote with flexibility to work in Leander TX or Great Neck NY Will be responsible for stand up in Palo Alto Office

Engagement: Full-Time Reports to: CEO with close collaboration with across strategy Operations Engineering and Finance

Position Overview

Expectations for this position are building and scaling our Engineering department to build and ship next generation asymmetrical warfare

What You Own (End-to-End)

• Mechanical design and refinement
• Work instructions and process documentation
• Managing entire mechanical propulsion and production process

Who Youll Bring

• You solve problems and see them through to completion
• Experience revamping unreliable processes into clean repeatable systems
• Mentality to move fast and iterate on fly not waiting for perfect conditions
• Experience balancing speed with discipline

Minimum Qualifications

• ITAR Eligibility: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder) (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C 1157 or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C 1158 or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
