What Youll Do:

• Manage and strengthen overall client relationships serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
• Oversee the accuracy quality and timeliness of deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Review and approve client financial statements partner capital statements and other key financial reports.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and industry insights to support clients evolving needs.
• Coordinate manage and monitor the external audit process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead develop and mentor team members to foster growth collaboration and professional excellence.
• Ensure team adherence to internal control policies procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 10 years of private equity accounting experience.
• 4 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles US GAAP Expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
