Development Manager

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and compensation package. The Development Manager will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with our project management and construction teams.

Job Description:

As a Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning design and construction of commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project budgets schedules and timelines

- Coordinate with project team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

- Review and negotiate contracts with clients architects and subcontractors

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the development process

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are aligned with client needs and specifications

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects

- Manage project budgets track expenses and provide regular reports to senior management

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or development in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
