QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelors degree and 2 or more years of related work experience.
- HighProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel Canva Constant Contact and various social media platforms including X Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and BlueSky.
- Proficiencyin CRM/Database Software Raisers Edgea plus.
- Proficiencyin standard business-style letter writing and correspondence formats
- Be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for overseeing office supplies within the Development Office and maintaining an obstruction-free workspace.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies equipment plaques promotional items and other materials necessary for the Development Office and related activities.
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing donor files in Raisers Edge as well as maintain hard-copies for compliance.
- Outreach and Direct Marketing
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of direct marketing including the year-end appealannualgalaand other campaigns. This includes but is not limited tothe creation of materials and collateral the preparation of materials for mailing and the timely preparation ofallcontributionacknowledgments.
- Responsible for coordination and communication among BronxWorks programs and external groups and stakeholders with regards to outreach and community events as well as group volunteer initiatives
- Responsible for coordinating with the Digital and Content Manager to assist with the creation organization and scheduling of content to be posted to BronxWorks various social media platforms.
- Special Events & Campaigns
- Working with the Directoror Advancement and Communicationsand otherdepartmentstaffsupport the coordination and implementation of the organizations special event activities specifically the annual event including tracking all revenue and expenses and keeping the database and related documentsup-to-date.
- Additionalspecial event tasks as assigned for cultivation and stewardship events and various peer-to-peer events (Marathon Bike Tour 5K etc.).
- Additional Duties as assigned.

- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
