About this role:
The Design Engineering Manager at Stainless Tank & Equipment leads the product design and development function overseeing the creation implementation and optimization of new and existing products and automation systems. This role drives the design process from concept through production ensuring products meet quality regulatory and cost standards while coordinating closely with manufacturing quality sales and external suppliers. The manager provides technical leadership to a team of engineers fosters innovation and ensures designs are fully documented manufacturable and aligned with customer and business needs. Additionally the role involves managing multiple projects introducing new products and applying welding and sheet metal expertise to deliver reliable cost-effective solutions that advance the companys engineering capabilities.
