Job Summary
The Defense Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for acleared Deputy Program Manageron the Digital Infrastructure Network Manager(DINM)Program. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Department of the Air Force.
We are seeking an accomplishedDeputy Program Managertojoina high-impact team delivering enterprise command and control solutions for the Department of the Air this critical leadership role you will partner with the Program Manager to oversee program execution drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with strategicobjectives. You will help manage cross-functional teamsin particular operating out of the Orlando FL locationcoordinate with government and contractor stakeholders and support the integration testing and deployment of advanced capabilities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong program managementexpertise a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to delivering mission success on complex multi-vendor efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead daytoday program operationsfor the Orlando FL teamand ensure seamless alignment with strategicobjectives.
Partner with engineering technical and operational teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.
Providestrong technical leadership to the site team providing critical decision support oncomplextechnical courses of actionand driving deployments.
Monitor program performance across cost schedule and technical baselines; drive corrective actions when needed.
Support the development and execution of program plans schedules budgets and performance metrics.
Monitor task progressidentifyrisks/issues and drivetimelyresolution of blockers.
Responsible for making sure the program is staffed and working with teammates to achieve Leidos success.
Supports delivery of CDRLsandtechnical deployments of hardware and software.
Coordinates with government customer understands customers technical needs.
Identifystaffing and skill gaps and collaborate with line management to address program needs.
Act as the tactical day-to-day leaderfor DINM operations at the Orlando FL site.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical discipline.Additional years will be considered in lieu of degree.
8 years of program or project management experience in a technical or engineering environment.
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
Proven success supporting or managing complex multidisciplinary programs.
Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes (systems engineering software development hardware integration).
Demonstrated ability to manage cost schedule and performance in dynamic environments.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Desired Skills:
Active and current DoD/DoW TS/SCI clearance.
Familiarity with AgileDevSecOpsSAFe or systems engineering frameworks.
PMP certification or equivalent.Leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams of 20 personnel.
Experience supporting complex defense programs particularly with the U.S. Air Force.
Strong problemsolving organizational and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131300.00 - $237350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
