Job Summary
Role: Project Manager (Multiple small Project Coordination)
Location: Fresno or Firebaugh; CA
Duration: 12 months
Skills & Description:
- Project Management / People management / Cost Management
- Project scoping - Creating the scope document conceptual drawing /sketch. Prepare Vendor document for RFPs.
- Project Management - Contractor /resources / Supplier Coordination Schedule management Vendor coordination Engineering coordination Procumbent Support PO/Purchase support/ site construction coordination Downtime Coordination with manufacturing / Operations team.
- Cost management - estimation using details from various vendors high level knowledge Procurement Inventory control etc.
- He should be able to coordinate OEM Suppliers contractors construction team Plant operations. He should be aware of Plant safety guidelines hot work permits and confined entry permits etc.
- Engineering Skills: should have working level knowledge and skills in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Process /P&IDs Electrical Control Automation Civil Structural engineering.
- Plant & process awareness - Should have worked in process plan in Food Beverages. Expertise in food process unit operations such as grinding drying cooling etc are added advantage. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP & CGMP) is desirable. He should be dynamic and experienced of working in different work environments.
- Should have experience of working in complete lifecycle of project - right from conceptual design - detail design - procurement support construction support- start up support.
- Soft Skills required - people friendly team player Team leader Task master. Soft spoken person.
