Deburr - 1st or 2nd shift ($2 differential for 2nd shift)
We are looking for a Deburr Technician to utilize hand tools small power tools and tumblers to safely remove burrs on the exterior surface of completed aircraft parts and major assemblies while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We are looking for a Deburr Technician to utilize hand tools small power tools and tumblers to safely remove burrs on the exterior surface of completed aircraft parts and major assemblies while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints plannings sketches for deburr and finishing operations
- Remove burrs sharp edges and excess material from machine parts using hand tools power tools and abrasive methods while maintaining part and dimensional integrity
- Communicate with machinists quality inspectors and supervisors to resolve issues and achieve common goals
- Perform precision deburring and finishing operations
- Inspect finished parts with precision hand tools such as calipers micrometers and profilometers
- Interface with Quality Assurance personnel regarding inspection criteria and results.
- Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100 for example).
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
