The Database Developer (SQL) - Project Lead will oversee and execute database development projects supporting public health initiatives including data migrations data warehousing and electronic case reporting (eCR). This role requires leadership in SQL database development ensuring technical needs are met for STD and HIV staff with a focus on project delivery within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and support technical project needs related to STD and HIV public health data systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance throughout project lifecycles.
- Participate in virtual interviews and coordinate project deliverables within the contract period.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in SQL database development.
- Ability to pass a 7-year standard background check and credit history check.
- Eligibility to work verified through E-Verify.
- Experience working on data migration and data warehousing projects.
- Experience with electronic case reporting (eCR) projects.
- Familiarity with public health data systems and reporting requirements.
- Project leadership or coordination experience.
- Comfort working with remote teams and virtual collaboration tools.
- Must pass background and credit checks as well as E-Verify screening.
- Candidate must provide a valid Right to Represent and full legal name on resume.
- Only one level of sub vendor usage allowed with prior approval.
- Position is project-based with no possibility of extension beyond 12 months.
- Withdrawn candidates cannot be replaced.
- Full-time 40 hours per week.
- Work hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
