Description

We are seeking a driven results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as a hands-on leader driving safety quality budget and schedule performance.
• Act as a client focused communicator managing relationships reporting and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design Manufacturing Construction and Logistics.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient well planned site execution.
• Manage subcontractors trade partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials forecasting change management and reporting.
• Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.
• Develop accurate cost models estimates and project assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead structured program launches with clear schedules milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking proactive mindset.
• Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center Experience Preferred
• Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including design manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.
