Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst
Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:- Extensive experience in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements performing logical design activities and effectively communicating complex business and technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
- Proven experience designing developing enhancing and maintaining Tableau dashboards visualizations and data sets to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Strong experience creating and modifying IBM Cognos Framework Manager models packages and reports using Cognos reporting tools.
- Extensive experience utilizing SQL for data analysis and reporting including complex joins query optimization calculated fields and conditional formatting.
- Demonstrated experience testing reports and analytics solutions troubleshooting issues resolving complex data challenges and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience working within social services human services public sector or related business environments. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
