Cyber Analyst (Junior)

We areseekinga highly skilled and motivatedCyber Analystto join our team at
ScottAFBsupportingtheAirMobilityCommand (AMC) Intelligence Directorate (A2).The Cyber Analyst will play a critical role incryptologic supportcybersecurity operations andsystem administrationto protect mission-critical systems and networks. This position requiresexpertisein cyber threat analysis cryptologic operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performcryptologic supportandcybersecurity operationsto safeguard sensitive information and mission-critical systems.

• Conductcyber threat analysistoidentifyvulnerabilities assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Support the development and implementation ofcyber defense measuresto protect against emerging threats.

• Monitor analyze and respond to cyber incidents ensuringtimelyresolution and reporting.

• Providesystem administration support including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise and local network devices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into ISR operations.

• Liaise with theEnterprise Service Desk (ESD)andEnterprise Service Center (ESC)to resolve technical issues and ensure system availability.

• Maintain compliance with all security protocols policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 0 years with BS/BA or 2 years with AS/AA or 4 years no degree
• DOD 8140 complance based on DCWF code 462 Intermediate level

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiencyincryptologic supportcybersecurity operations andsystem administration.

• Familiarity with cyber defense tools network security and incident response methodologies.

• Strong understanding of cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with teams.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure mission-critical environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.

• Knowledge ofcryptologic systems tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.
