Role Overview
A fast-growing SaaS company building infrastructure for wholesale trade is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support customer growth retention and product adoption across a portfolio of accounts. This role focuses on managing strategic customer relationships driving operational success and supporting customers within technically complex ERP-integrated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while driving retention and expansion
Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational workflows and business goals
Lead executive-level conversations with CFOs Controllers and operational leaders
Drive adoption of key platform features and automation tools
Monitor customer health and proactively address account risks
Collaborate with Product Sales and Implementation teams to improve customer outcomes
Translate customer feedback into actionable business and product insights
Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve customer experience
Requirements
35 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or Solutions Engineering
Experience working within complex SaaS environments
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA NetSuite or Workday
Strong communication and executive relationship management skills
Discovery-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments
Nice-to-Haves
Experience within fintech payments AR or automation platforms
Startup experience within Series AC environments
Hospitality or food & beverage industry experience
Experience using AI or workflow automation tools
Background supporting operational or distribution-focused customers
Compensation
Base Salary: $96000 - $128000
OTE: $120000 - $160000
