As we continue to grow were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications scheduling services assisting customers with questions and concerns processing payments and supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate is friendly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to text messages professionally and promptly
Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments service follow-ups collections and account inquiries
Schedule reschedule and confirm pest control service appointments
Process customer payments and assist with accounts receivable activities
Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Educate customers on available services and identify opportunities to upsell recurring pest control programs
Manage customer communications through phone text online chat and email
Maintain accurate customer records and notes within our CRM system
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and route management
Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Assist with other administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications
Call center dispatching scheduling or administrative experience preferred
Pest control industry experience is a plus but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone presence and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Sales-minded with the ability to identify service opportunities
Proficient with computers and web-based software
