The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports assigned accounts and inbound inquiries by delivering high-quality service related to product specifications order processing and general account support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and fax.

• Builds strong solutions-focused relationships with customers and internal teams

• Manages communication with assigned accounts handling product inquiries pricing and order processing (stock and special orders)

• Provides timely updates on order status including back-orders will-calls and deliveries

• Shares pricing information distributes dealer price sheets and promotes current programs in line with company initiatives

• Supports Territory Managers with quote preparation order entry and account updates

• Collaborates with branch teams to deliver seamless customer service while independently managing workload to meet goals and deadlines

• Handles overflow calls routes communications effectively and ensures accurate message delivery

• Maintains proficiency in company systems for administrative tasks such as data entry messaging call logs and workflow updates

• Performs additional duties as assigned with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 5 years of experience in HVAC customer service or related functions

• Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and standard office technology including computers scanners phones and virtual meeting platforms

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves regular physical and sensory activity including:

• Bending lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours) with intermittent standing and walking throughout the shift

• Continuous use of fingers hands and arms for computer and office-related tasks

• Frequent use of office equipment such as computers phones and scanners (up to 8 hours daily)

• Regular verbal communication via phone and in-person interactions (up to 6 hours daily)
