Maersk Logistics & Services USA Inc. handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving storing processing and dispatching cargo so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Summary: A Customer Service Representative willact as a liaison provide product/services information answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with requests and inquiries via email and light phone.
Supervise assigned accounts.
Deliver Customer expectations.
Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers and resolving customer issues that arise.
Ensure all supporting documents are accurate available and applicable to the customer order/shipment and receiving tallies.
Compile and submit accurate regular and timely reports as requested.
Provide customer statistics regarding shipments via email.
Report and document any irregularities to management immediately.
Prepare inbound and outbound paperwork
Retrieve and deliver paperwork to the control room in the warehouse
Will handle electronic and physical filing
Willing to assist other departments including warehouse clerk if necessary.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
One year of experience in a customer service-based setting handling incoming calls and emails utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to provide resolution.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word Excel and Outlook
Warehouse management system and logistics experience preferred but not required
Must be reliable punctual and professional
Must be fluent in English

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $22.00 hourly


*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
