If you have a background in sales or customer service and enjoy helping people well provide the training mentorship and tools you need to become a successful Life Insurance professional.

• Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial protection strategies.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through referrals networking marketing campaigns and lead databases.
• Conduct insurance needs analyses and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
• Assist clients with applications underwriting requirements policy reviews and service requests.
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for home auto commercial insurance mortgages tax services and real estate.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in our CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to create an energetic positive and results-driven work environment.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Active Connecticut Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one; we can help guide qualified candidates through the licensing process).
• Previous experience in sales customer service banking financial services or insurance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated coachable and eager to grow professionally.
