Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting the Donated Goods social enterprise by delivering a high-quality responsive experience to donors. This position manages inbound communications schedules donation pickups and ensures accurate data entry to support efficient routing and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Donor Engagement & Customer Service
Serve as first point of contact via phone email and online requests.
Provide timely courteous responses and resolve issues.
Communicate donation guidelines and mission impact.
Scheduling Data Entry & Systems
Enter and update donor information accurately.
Schedule pickups using routing software.
Maintain data integrity.
Team Collaboration & Operations Support
Collaborate with operations and routing teams.
Communicate issues clearly.
Support team goals and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multitask and learn systems
Preferred Qualifications
13 years customer service or call center experience
Nonprofit experience
CRM or logistics system experience
