Job Summary

The key account logistics specialist is responsible for planning components and FG based on ChrP

production scheduling utilizing the standard lean logistics (Bosch Production System) processes.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entry of customer purchase orders and management of change requests.
  • Planning of procured components and/or finished goods.
  • Releasing and scheduling of production orders to satisfy OEMs demand.
  • Active management of customer complaints including problem resolution and implementing corrective actions.
  • Submittal of formal customer quotes and issuing returns for credit.
  • Management of customer payment disputes and debits.
  • Frequent contact and follow up with customer and sales to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analysis and tracking of key planning parameters i.e. order changes inventory levels premium freight etc.
  • Maintenance of planning and ordering parameters in MRP system.
  • Analysis and follow-up on planning reports i.e. open order forecast inbound receipts shipments inventory etc.
  • Expedite and follow-up of in-house production and procured material.
  • Coordination of new product releases with customer and production plant.
  • Monitoring of goods receipts inventory levels and master production schedule to ensure availability of components and finished goods for customer shipments.
  • Application of CIP methodology to consistently improve planning processes and performance to customers.
  • Maintenance and development of key suppliers.

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree or minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
  • 4 years planning experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • BPS or equivalent Lean production/logistics techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in production and inventory control methods.
  • Analytical ability to review fluctuating demands and to minimize production changes and inventory investments.
  • MRP knowledge.
  • Computer skills: MS Office SAP.
  • Strong communication skills.
