CustodianJanitor

As a Custodian/Janitor you will be responsible for keeping the building clean and orderly. You will be asked to perform light to heavy cleaning such as cleaning floors cleaning windows removing trash and recyclables and vacuuming.

• Sweep mop scrub and vacuum hallways stairs and office space.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Clean debris from sidewalk.
• Service clean or supply restrooms.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Clean windows glass partitions or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners sponges or squeegees.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Dust furniture walls machines or equipment.

• Ability to work full-time M-F from 7am-4pm
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
