Central Transport is one of the nations largest and fastest-growing Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation carriers. With continued network expansion and record growth over the past several years were looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team at our (New Brunswick NJ) Terminal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of terminal facilities offices and restrooms
- Sweep mop and disinfect floors and surfaces
- Clean and restock bathrooms and break areas
- Remove trash and recycling from all areas of the facility
- Clean dock aprons and exterior walkways
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly
Job Requirements:
- Previous commercial custodian or janitorial experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a physical examination
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
