Job Summary
As a key member of the project coordination team you will be responsible for the planning scheduling and allocating creative resources based on project scope/needs for both Finish Line and JD Sports. You have an innate love for organization communication and collaboration and for finding solutions to complex problems. You have an in-depth knowledge of workflow processes and continuously look for ways to improve the function of the project coordination team. You are obsessive about the details can anticipate future project roadblocks and recommend pathways for project success. As a primary member of the creative coordination team you understand the power of team connection and know how to build trusted relationships that lead to delivering successful project outcomes with focus on the following.
Work in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to create and manage complete project plans for omnichannel marketing campaigns from capture planning through final asset delivery across all channels.
Responsible for the planning scheduling and allocating of creative resources aligned to project plans to deliver on time and at scale.
Evaluate project scope consistently track and report project progress to key stakeholders and modify schedules and resource plans as shifts in demand change.
Trafficking information in Basecamp and Smartsheet needed to create reports for the status of day to day business and key initiatives.
In collaboration with team members own the creation and management weekly schedules across design copy production and video post production.
Ensure incoming project briefs have required dependencies and monitor project schedule and resources within the brief requirements.
Collaborate with Art Directors to assign design standards prior to assigning projects to designer or production artist.
Create manage and facilitate priority planning documents and weekly meeting sessions with internal teams to ensure delivery of business priorities.
Work with Creative Leadership to develop the agenda for weekly creative review meetings.
Proactively ensure projects are on time and moving through milestones.
Identify issues and solutions within project lifecycles.
Continually evaluate processes and tools for ongoing improvements with project coordination.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
2 yrs experience managing creative projects.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Expert knowledge of Basecamp 3 or similar project management tool.
Intermediate experience with Smartsheet.
Intermediate experience and understanding of photo shoot planning design print and video post-production processes.
Familiarity with agile workflow and omnichannel marketing plans.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Experience:
Previous print and motion project management experience is a huge plus.
Previous experience working with outside vendors and understanding standard creative timelines for omnichannel deliverables would be beneficial.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Natural problem solver.

Pay range: $62000-$67000 (depending on experience): 10% bonus target. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical dental vision sick leave parental leave and company-paid time off.
