This is a full-time direct-hire opening for a high-caliber Corporate Transaction Attorney ready to lead sophisticated M&A and corporate matters. This growth-driven role is designed for those who want to handle high-level work while maintaining a manageable 1650-hour billable requirement.
Duties
Draft review and negotiate complex corporate and transactional documents (M&A operating agreements commercial contracts).
Manage M&A transactions from initial due diligence through closing.
Advise a diverse client base on corporate governance entity formation and restructuring.
Conduct legal research and prepare high-level memoranda for business transactions.
Collaborate across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal counseling.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate transactional and M&A experience.
Education/Bar: JD from an accredited law school and active license in any US jurisdiction (CT bar preferred or eligibility to waive in).
Skills: Strong proficiency in M&A entity management and commercial contract negotiation.
Commitment: Looking for a dedicated professional with a stable career history.
