Job Summary
The Adobe CorporateMedia &Communications team is responsible for protecting and advancing the companys corporate reputation through business and tech strategy storytelling.Werelooking for a mid-level communications professional who leads with a media-first mentality and can drive high-impact opportunities that move the needle on how Adobe is perceived by the press industry and general public. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem solver who can relate Adobes business and technology story to broader cultural conversations. They also serve as an operational backbone that keeps the team running efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
Media Relations & Storytelling
Build andmaintainrelationships with journalists editorsproducersandnon-traditionalmediaacross techand businessto advance Adobes corporate reputation
Pitch and secure high-impact earned media opportunities that reflect Adobes business and technology strategy andvalue to key audiences
Think creatively toidentifynew storytelling opportunities whereAdobe can show uptoreinforce our corporate positioningand AI leadership
A strong writer who can develop press materials pitches statementsmessagingthat clearly articulatetheAdobestory.
Flex across the broader comms team to support media needs as they arise.
CorporateCommunications Generalist
Serve as a communications partner fortheCSR and Employee Experienceteamsproactivelyengaging and providing strategic counseltoteams and senior leaders tosource stories develop narratives and thoughtfully execute integrated comms plans.
Support thought leadership development that amplifies Adobes corporate functions and elevates key internal voices externally
TeamOperations &Enablement
Leadour awards strategy and tiger teamidentifying managing andsubmittingopportunities that strengthen Adobes reputation as a leading technology company and employer
Own global newsroom management including publishing processes content authoring andgeneral governance.
Oversee thedevelopment of a high-visibility daily coverage report.
Manage general operational tasks such as PR team inbox monitoringand teambudget.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$134150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $92600 - $134150
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
