OverviewThis individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: None.
Licensure: Food Handler within 180 days.
Experience: 2 or more years of food service experience preffered
Certifications: None.
Other: Skills knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character Effectively communicate in English both orally and written Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven grill chopper slicer blender mixer and steamer Also able to push pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
